Understanding the eBay Products Page in Our App

Welcome! Let’s walk through the eBay product page in our application.


On this page, you will see all the active products from your connected eBay store.



Sync Products from eBay Button:


At the top-right corner, there is a button labeled "Sync Products from eBay."



  • This button is used to manually sync any recent updates or newly created products from your eBay account.
  • Due to eBay API limitations, our system automatically syncs data every 30 minutes. However, if you want to fetch updates instantly, simply click the "Sync Products from eBay" button.
  • This ensures the latest products and changes are reflected in the app, ready for import into your Shopify store.


Sections on the eBay Product Page:


There are four main sections on this page:


  1. All Active: Displays all active products available in your eBay account.
  2. Imported to Shopify: Shows the products that have already been imported from eBay into your Shopify store.
  3. Not Imported: Lists products that are currently only available on eBay and have not yet been imported to Shopify.
  4. Ended on eBay: Displays products that have ended or been removed from your eBay store.



Filters and Search Options:


On the right-hand side, you will find several filters and search tools:


  • Filter by status: For example, selecting "Imported to Shopify" will display only those products.


  • Sorting option: You can sort your result based on your peferences.



Product Table Overview:


Below the filters, you’ll see the list of products. Each product row displays:


  1. Products: Title and SKU
  2. Site: This refers to the eBay marketplace (e.g., US, Australia, Canada).
  • If you sell across multiple marketplaces, a site filter will appear so you can view products by region.
  • In this example, since I’m only selling on the US site, the filter doesn’t show up.
  1. Inventory: Displays the available stock.
  2. Icons:
  • If the product is imported, you’ll see both the eBay and Shopify icons. Clicking on these will take you directly to the respective product pages.
  • If the product is not yet imported, you’ll only see the eBay icon.
