To resolve this issue, you need to add dimensions to your Shopify products.

2. Alternative Option: Use Flat Shipping Policy

If you prefer, you can create a Flat Shipping Policy in your eBay Business Policy settings instead of using Calculated Shipping.

Once the new business policy is created, follow these steps:

Access our application.

Fetch the newly created business policy.

Select and re-upload your products using the updated policy.
