How does Order Sync Works on eBay Integration - DPL?
The eBay Integration DPL app has a powerful feature called Order Sync. This feature aims to seamlessly synchronize your eBay orders to your Shopify store. This will help you centralize your orders, and you can fulfill those eBay orders from Shopify. It will also help you sync your fulfillment status from Shopify to eBay for those orders.
Order Configurations:
- Enable both Order & Inventory Sync settings in the application:
- From here onwards, your new eBay Orders will be synced to our application and shown in the Order Page of our application:
Order ID
: This unique identification number is assigned to your eBay order.Order Sync Status
: This indicates whether the eBay order has been synchronized. If it's already synced, it will show " Synced." If the synchronization process is ongoing, it will display " Syncing." If there is an issue during synchronization, it will show " Failed/Not Synced"Order Date
: This is the date when the order was created.Customer
: This refers to the name of the customer or buyer who placed the order.Fulfllment Status
: This shows whether payment for the order has been received. If it's marked as incomplete, the buyer has not paid for the order yet. The buyer has paid for the order if it's marked as complete.Total
: This shows the total amount that needs to be paid for the order.
- You can easily view the order details of your eBay order by pressing the down arrow near the order ID:
- When the order is synced successfully to your Shopify store, you will see the Synced status. You can then go to the orders section of your Shopify store and view the order.
