How Attribute Suggestions Work


Our app generates attribute suggestions using the data already available in your store, including:

  • Shopify Product Metafields
  • Shopify Product Attributes
  • Previously Created Upload Profiles
  • Other relevant product data available in your store

By using this information, the system intelligently recommends the most suitable attributes for your product listings.


  1. Select the product/collection you want to upload.


  1. The system will automatically suggest a category for the selected product.


  1. Once you select the suggested category:
  • The app will automatically generate recommended attributes.
  • These attributes are divided into: Required Attribute & Optional Attributes



⚠️ Important: Before selecting Accept All, we recommend reviewing the suggested attributes to ensure they match your product details.


  1. You can then choose one of the following options:
  • Accept All – Apply all suggested attributes automatically.
  • Review & Accept Individually – Select specific attributes to accept.
  • Dismiss & Add Manually – Ignore suggestions and configure attributes manually.


  1. Once confirmed:
  • Save the Upload Profile
  • The profile will apply these attributes automatically when uploading the product.


Processing Time


Because attribute suggestions are generated using your existing product data and AI processing, the system may take a few extra seconds when:

  • The collection contains a large number of products.
  • The system needs to analyze multiple data sources.

If this happens, please allow a few moments for the suggestions to appear.
