|| A profile is a list of settings that contains all the configurations for uploading your Shopify product to the eBay marketplace. || You can create a profile while uploading products, and there are different configurations for uploading them. || Once you have created a profile, you can select from the existing one, which helps you save time.

How do I create a profile?

Once you select the Shopify products/collections to upload, you will be redirected to a page where you can create or choose a profile.

Existing profiles

It shows a list of previously created profiles. If you have already created a profile, you will see this option to choose it. If you don't see it, don't worry; you can once it is created.

Business Policies

When uploading a listing to eBay, you will need to set up business policies. These include Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, and Return Policy. If you don't have these policies or want to create new ones, you can click on the link in the banner to be redirected to a page on eBay where you can set up your policies. After creating your policies on eBay, click on "Fetch Business policies from eBay." link.

How do I set the custom inventory when uploading from Shopify to eBay?

Accepted Answer

eBay limits the seller on the listing that can be listed and sold. You can easily view your seller limits by visiting your eBay seller hub. So for this case, you can either request eBay support to increase the limit or limit the inventory sent to eBay while uploading products from our app.

|| The Good News is that you can set the custom inventory for eBay products while uploading from Shopify to eBay using our application. || Important Note: This will only help you upload more products and will not increase your Selling limit. To increase the selling limit, you need to connect with eBay support.

On the profile creation page, you will find the " Inventory Settings." Enable the inventory settings "Override inventory with fixed inventory for eBay products" and enter the quantity you want to upload.

About Profile Page.

|| This page will list the profile with which you have uploaded your products on eBay. || On this page, you can delete your profile, navigate to the update page, and visit the product details page. Additionally, you can see the total number of products uploaded and the category in which the profile was created.

Editing a Profile:

Once you are on the profile page click on the triple dot icon of profile from the list you want to update. A popup will appear as shown in the screenshot and click on " Edit Profile".

You will be redirected to a edit profile page with all the previously selected attributes. Make changes to your desired fields. and click on "Update".

Deleting Profile:

Once you are on the profile page click the triple dot icon of your desired profile. A popup will appear as shown in the screenshot and Click on the " Delete Profile" option.

A modal will appear with a checkbox to end products on eBay. If you do not want to end listings on eBay do not check the checkbox. Type " *DELETE

Next, you have two ways to import your eBay products to Shopify:

Bulk Export: If you want to import multiple products at once, select the products you wish to transfer and then click on the "Create" button located at the bottom of the page.

|| Once you click the "Create" button, you'll be redirected to a new page displaying the list of selected products. If you change your mind and want to exclude some items, simply use the "Remove" button to delete them from the export list. When everything looks good, click the "Proceed To Export" button to initiate the bulk export process.

Individual Export: Alternatively, if you prefer to add your eBay products one by one, click on the "Create in Shopify" button next to each product you want to export.

Next, you have two ways to upload your Shopify products to eBay:

Upload one product at a time: you can see the "Upload to eBay" button on every product. Simply click that button to proceed to upload that product to eBay.

Upload multiple products: You can select the products you want to upload from Shopify to eBay. After selecting the products, click the "Upload products on eBay" button to proceed with the upload process.

|| Once you click the "Create" button, you'll be redirected to a new page displaying the list of selected products. If you change your mind and want to exclude some items, simply use the "Remove" button to delete them from the upload list. When everything looks good, click the "Proceed To Upload" button.

Welcome! Let’s walk through the eBay product page in our application.

|| On this page, you will see all the active products from your connected eBay store.

Sync Products from eBay Button:

At the top-right corner, there is a button labeled "Sync Products from eBay."

This button is used to manually sync any recent updates or newly created products from your eBay account.
Due to eBay API limitations, our system automatically syncs data every 30 minutes. However, if you want to fetch updates instantly, simply click the "Sync Products from eBay" button.

* This ensures the latest products and changes are reflected in the app, ready for import into your Shopify store.

Sections on the eBay Product Page:

There are four main sections on this page:

All Active: Displays all active products available in your eBay account.
Imported to Shopify: Shows the products that have already been imported from eBay into your Shopify store.
Not Imported: Lists products that are currently only available on eBay and have not yet been imported to Shopify.
Ended on eBay: Displays products that have ended or been removed from your eBay store.
